The impact of BBLI is best told through the voices of those whose lives we’ve touched. From women gaining new skills to children accessing education and families receiving vital healthcare, their stories inspire us to keep going.
Benedict Better Life Initiative changed my life. I was just staying at home after secondary school with no hope. But through their empowerment program, I learned how to make soaps and manage money. Now I sell my products in the market and even save weekly. I feel confident in myself.
Before their program, I didn’t know much about my rights or sexual health. The mentorship sessions taught me how to make better decisions, speak up, and avoid peer pressure. I now volunteer to talk to younger girls in my area. They gave me a voice
We were happy when Benedict Better Life Initiative came to our school. They taught us about environmental hygiene and donated dust bins and writing materials like exercise books and text books to is. They also paid for the first school leaving of pupils leaving primary schools. I wish they would come again!
I have been well equipped as a community health attendant/ education worker by Benedict Better Life Initiative, to provide better and efficient services through series of trainings, supervision and financial provision. Working hand in glove with them has drastically improved the health conditions of our community. They are saving people’s lives in our community.

We train and equip rural birth attendants in Abia State with life-saving misoprostol kits, mentorship, and real-time supply systems to stop deadly postpartum bleeding and honor top performers, protecting mothers where help is often far away. Saving Mothers, One Birth at a Time.
The level of awareness among local farmers in communities in Abia State Nigeria on climate change is at the minimal making them unaware of the impact of climate change on agriculture and food production. This project is intended to change the narrative through equipping farmers with the relevant knowledge on climate smart agriculture to boost food production and mitigate the effects of greenhouse gas emissions.
This project equips women, youth, and marginalized groups with essential digital skills to boost their employability, enhance entrepreneurship, and bridge the technology gap. By empowering communities with tech knowledge, we create pathways to sustainable livelihoods and equal opportunities in the digital age.
We are stronger together. BBLI works hand in hand with local and international partners — from government agencies to community organizations — to expand our reach and create lasting impact for women, youth, and vulnerable groups.
