Benedict Better Life Initiative is committed to building a society where women, girls, and youth have equal access to healthcare, education, and economic opportunities. Founded in 2020 in Abia State, Nigeria, BBLI is powered by a diverse team of doctors, nurses, social workers, lawyers, educators, and community volunteers.
Passionate about human rights, health equity, and empowerment, Akomah-charles laid the foundation of BBLI to give marginalised women, girls, and youth a stronger voice and better opportunities. She also serves as the Executive Director of BBLI.
Akomah-charles Ugonna is a vibrant youth who has over 10years experience in the development space. She is a Registered Nurse, a public Health Professional, Climate Change Actor, Prolific writer and monitoring & evaluation guru.
Her passion to see lives better and inspired led to the establishing Benedict Better Life Initiative which focuses on Vulnerable Women, Girls and Youth

Mr Jude Chidiebere Iwuagwu holds Bachelor Degree in political Science from a prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka, MPA in Public Admin and PGD in Journalism. He is also an Alumnus of Ibadan Business school. One time a program Officer in Imo State control of HIV and AIDS in Development project 2 World Bank Assisted program, later the Procurement officer in same Imo SACA, He was also the Desk officer Social Mobilization Technical Committee for UNICEF Program in imo State and had also worked in so many Donor Agencies Programs. He is currently the program Director of Benedict Better Life Initiative.
Miss Esther Onyinyechi Ekwo is the Finance Officer of Benedict Better Life Initiative, a graduate of Accounting (B.SC with second class upper division) from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, with a predilection for Audit and Assurance, Taxation and Management Accounting. A minor with a good background in Audit and Assurance. Possess cogent professional and academic experience gathered from undergraduate coursework, seminars, term papers, thesis and internships. I offer exceptional contribution in critical analysis, problem solving, quality assurance, report writing and team collaboration in meeting project needs. She has worked in various industries: the education sector, manufacturing sector and humanitarian sector and is currently pursuing her ICAN certification and M.sc.
Chibuzo Ugochukwu Uko is a highly driven professional with a solid academic background in Management and Public Administration, complemented by practical experience in the financial sector. He holds a Master of Science degree in Management (Business Policy), a Bachelor's degree in Management, and a Higher National Diploma in Public Administration. He possesses analytical thinking virtues, policy implementation skills, and client engagement strategies, all of which he continues to bring into his professional engagements. He's the Case Manager of Benedict Better Life Initiative
